How do I get started?
Reach out to us to schedule a free Meet & Greet! We want to meet you, your pet, and introduce Myself. During the meet and greet I will have you sign up to receive an email invite to the portal. Once activated, you will supply any info regarding your pet that you think we should know during our visits/walks.

What about inclement weather?
Our walks and walk packages do not roll over. We are prepared to walk in all weather. In cases of severe weather (i.e. ice/snow, hurricanes, natural disasters, etc.) we make a morning of decision based on the safety of us and the pets in our care.
In cases of inclement weather where your pet is not interested in walking, we try to the best of our ability to have them potty outside. Then for the remaining time we do indoor play.

What if I don't see a service I want listed?
We want to work with you! We offer custom packages and services. Please reach out if you have a special request that you don't see on our site.

Do we offer training?
No. We are not certified to offer training services of any kind. We do, however, work with individuals whom we have a positive relationship. We would be happy to recommend them! We are always willing to reinforce any training that your pet has, i.e. practicing commands on walks like sit, stay, leave it, etc.

What is your Holiday policy?
At this time we are closed for all federal holidays. If you reach out to us in advance, we allow special circumstances case by case. For monthly packages clients, if you wish for us to walk your pet on a holiday, please know there is an additional holiday fee. For daily check-ins, our holiday fee is applied for each service. For overnights, the entire week of the holiday (i.e. the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas) the fee is charged for each day of the week.

Do you board in-house?
No. At this time, our over night services are at your house. This means we are in your home with your pet where they can feel safe and sound!
